  1. Isn't she pregnant in real life? I did hear she would be in the next season less because of this. Like most of the show she was better in season 1. The Routine of no one believing her but her hunches are always right is boring.
  2. Slippers. Got a new pair yesterday and they really do the job
  3. Some film blog guy made this video for his top 25 films of the year. I've not seen most of them but the video is nice at least. 55071466 I don't ever really see that many films in the year they were released. The ones I do see tend to be the better known ones, like James Bond or Batman, that a lot of people talk about and I don't want to miss out on. Other films I'll get a hold of a while later once a few friends have recommended it.
  4. Sorry about that. I'll try to keep this in mind for any future tv posting.
  5. Is the Uk not at the same stage as the US? Anyway it was in Spoilers for a reason.
  6. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2012/dec/12/lionel-messi-godfrey-chitalu-zambia lol
  7. I think there used to be a Nickelodeon show about one.
  8. I agree with you. Batman Begins is better than both of them though.
  9. Before it started I had been expecting season 2 of homeland really go downhill but then after seeing the first 3 episodes I thought I'd got it wrong. But then it really did go to shit. Still entertaining but in ridiculous ways that drag the quality down and really just make it about seeing what happens next. I dread to think what season 3 might hold. Some specific problems I have with it The whole Finn and Dana hit and run story. fuck off. Abu Nazir was supposed to be some high level terrorist no one could keep track of, moving around the middle east. Now him and Carrie are chasing each other around an abandoned mill. What the hell? for being such a pivotal event in the story I didn't really feel anything when Nazir died. If you're going to try and tease us that Brody might get killed, don't tell us all that he's signed up for season 3 already.
  10. New album from The Knife coming next year. oh yaldy! http://pitchfork.com/news/48903-the-knife-return-with-new-album/ IT would be wonderful if they toured as well. Primavera or Sonar pleeeeeeeease,
  11. Listening now. Your latest EP has been getting quite a few plays on my ipod.
  12. Fantastic post. Strings of Life and Big Fun are two big favourites of mine. Some stuff I'm not familiar with that I'll need to check out, particularly the earlier tracks you posted. Getting into techno has been the biggest change in my musical taste of the last couple of years, there's just so much that it seems like it will be years before I no longer feel like a newbie to the genre.
  13. Most cash machines here only give 20s and 50s too but I've never really had a problem using a 50 even if I've only been getting something cheap.
  14. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20672812 This surely has got to be a joke?
  15. LOL I think it might have been. That was terrible and brilliant.
  16. That Sun article is as much a source on what I am going to have for breakfast as it is on where Fraser will move to.
  17. Spot on about Mark Lanegan and The Vaccines. Thought Ariel Pink was much better than just alright though, he was great. Deerhoof were brilliant, The Field started off just okay but stepped it up and the second half of their set was one of the best things I've seen in a while. James Holden was playing some great stuff at the end but I didn't stay for it all.
  18. Bumping this because they were so good live last night. Fantastic show. Anyone who likes them but hasn't seen them live should sort that out.
  19. Staying up listening to Fleetwood Mac when I really should be going to bed. It's ace-ic.
  20. I saw a 10 easy wishes gig probably about 10 years ago. Afterwards I was persuaded to a buy one of their cds. Called Magic Sponge or something I believe. It may very well have been Adam who was the successful salesman.
  21. Today, going to a big gig as part of primaveraclub, linked with the primavera sound music festival. Really looking forward to seeing Deerhoof, The Field and James Holden. Also playing are Mark Lanegan, Ariel Pink and The Vaccines but I'm not really familiar with any of them. Tomorrow, being lazy and watching football.
