I wouldn't have been able to deal with them if I didn't know Spanish! I've had to speak about flat contracts and leaky baths in spanish today, all sorts of vocabulary I've never really used before!

I maybe shouldn't speak to soon as the contract isn't signed yet but it looks like I've found a good new flat that I'll be moving into the end of this month with a couple of friends. I hate flat hunting so I'm very happy that over and I'm happy with the flat we've got too. Good location, nice and big and we'll have a spare bedroom and another room for an office or whatever. The big deposit and fees that need paid however are not ace-ic.
