Busquets is a knob but a fantastic player. He's really developed a lot over the last two years. I thought he was one of Spain's top 3 players at the world cup. Alonso is great too but I think I'd favour Busquets to play alongside Xavi and Iniesta purely because they know each other so well. I also wonder whether a change in coach after the world cup would have been a good idea. France changed coaches between winning the 98 and 2000 tournaments and Spain did too after winning Euro 08. I think someone new who would want to prove themselves would help maintain levels of motivation and prevent the side being too complacent. It might just be friendlies they're losing but I think there's some truth to the cliche that winning is a habit and it might be tough for them to suddenly turn it back on when it comes to next summer.

College usually lasts for 4 years in the US. But I think with the way community college works people might take classes spread out over a longer period so that it's feasible the show could go on longer. In Season 1 Jeff was always going wanting to get finished as soon as possible and said 4 years. Personally I think 3 seasons is enough for this show anyway it's just strange were going to have to wait until the summer to finish this one.

I said before that they don't need to play Alonso and Busquets in the same team. The article talks about Silva and Iniesta both coming in from the wide positions and causing the team to be too narrow. However Iniesta should really be playing in one of the midfield three as he usually does with Barcelona. And Llorente should play up front.

Coffee in the morning is essential but any twat who buys one from some franchise can fuck off. Anyone watch the mini-series Top Boy recently shown on channel 4? I hadn't heard anything about it until a friend recommended it the other day. Watching episode 1 right now. Very promising.
