It obviously is a bit of a shit hole but still I've spent a few good nights in there though. There was a time when I really liked exodus and then Snafu became a favourite. Although by the time I left Aberdeen I'd got a bit fed up with clubs and wasn't really going to any. I went to Korova once on a visit back and wasn't to taken with it but I was more than drunk enough to have a good time. I've never heard of Origin is it new?

Overall a great first season. Final scene was fantastic. However I don't think the final episode was quite as good as the previous few. Episode 9 would have made a great finale and this could really have been the season 2 opener. A minor complaint though as really this has been a show which I've enjoyed much more than I expected to. And I can't wait for the next season. I've decided against reading the books though, I'm going to enjoy it as a TV series and have it all new to me as I watch each episode.

That's one of the reasons they're giving. 150th anniversary of the F.A. Same reason England might get involved in the nations cup that year. But still Old Trafford was the option being considered until recently. If they wanted Wembley to have it in 2013 they should have just waited 2 years. It just doesn't seem right having it in the same venue twice in three years.

There's a very good looking beach party on saturday night which is free I think we might go to also. It should be a very Ace-ic weekend.

I can see where you're coming from that there are maybe a few weak moments lyrically on Suck it and See but I think on the majority of songs he's as good as ever. Piledriver Waltz is wonderful but right now I think my favourite tracks are the closing two.

I fail to understand how it is possible to have those two things and still be shit. I'm not sure ping pong would ever really take off in bars here, but I'd like it.

I'm not a huge lyrics person. I often don't pay attention to them. If lyrics do grab me I consider it a bonus. Alex Turner's lyrics are always great and the new Arctic Monkeys album is no exception. Not really. I hear this called "fantasy" but the show's not really like that. All the characters are human. No orcs, dwarves, elves or whatever. There has been a little bit of chatter about dragons and other weird things though so I'm guessing the story maybe heads more in that direction as it progresses. They do both have Sean Bean though.

Humbug was awesome! I do agree that the new one is better though. I'd like to see them again. The only time I've seen them was at Reading the summer before their debut came out and I hadn't heard any of their songs before it. While on the topic I'd rank their albums: Favourite Worst Nightmare > Suck it and See > Humbug > WPSIATIWIN
