So Coachella have just announced their 2011 line-up. Poster here For someone who has no chance of going, by far the most exciting about this was seeing DFA1979 on the bill. There doesn't seem to be much news as to whether this is a one off or a short term thing or hopefully they are reuniting to work on a second album. Pretty great time to be a Dons fan. 10 points from 12 is an amazing turn around since Brown and Knox have taken over. The better they do the worse McGhee looks. Malaga are pretty much the only team in La Liga with money just now and they've just bought a load of new players, so it could be interesting. More realistically all the players they've bought are average and they wont be used to playing with other yet and it will be a routine 5-0 win for barca.

This came out almost a year ago but I only came across it about a month ago. I've been unable to stop listening to it since then. It would have been very high in my top albums list of last year if I'd heard it earlier. It's a really awesome mix of blues, country and garage rock. Anyone else a fan? Panda Bear has announced that his follow up to Person Pitch, Tomboy will be released on the 19th April. I was excited about this last year when I thought it was coming out in September then kind of forgot about it with all the delays. Looking forward to it very much now.
