I've seen that, Paul and he is awesome! He does sweep picking but with his fretting hand the wrong way round i.e. with his palm facing the strings rather than being behind the neck!

Although the song in question just sounds like pop punk and NOT emo, even if Busted "turned emo" then they would STILL be a pop band... Camie...I think the lyrics need to be emotional for something to be classed as 'emo'... (hence the name 'emo')

I bought "Unhallowed" by TBDM... Fucking ace. Kind of like Killswitch Engage playing death metal with a few more blast beats and no hardcore influence...

Hmmm... with Loaded: Myself and Russell were looking on the back of all my CD's and The Almighty and Pulkas both had songs called Loaded and we thought it was cool. Rass came up with black atom...about 5 years ago Jamesy came up with My Minds Weapon, but I believe it is from a Movielife lyric ("If my mind is the weapon then my hearts the extra clip") although My Mind's Weapon is a completely different meaning and context than My Mind is a weapon...

I personally think it is a great idea. I doubt whether the finished article would be any cheaper than a bought one of the same quality though... There's also the possibilty that it may go really wrong... I'd love to do it, but for someone who knows a hell of a lot about playing the instrument - I know absolutely jack shit ABOUT the instrument. I reckon it will cost you quite a lot of money and a lot of effort but if you have said resources then go for it Dave! I'd be interested to see what you'd come up with. (i.e. Neck/body shape/pick ups)
