I can help you if you tell what you can't do.Basically, you need a server with PHP installed and access to a MySQL database. If you don't have these then you'll need to get them.Download and unzip the phpBB files and upload them to the server. Navigate to the location you uploaded them to and then follow the on-screen instruction to install it.
