framheim
I would think that there would be an official 360 price drop on or around the PS3 launch. Traditionally consoles always come down in price around october/november' date=' and microsoft will be looking to blow some of the wind out of Sony's sails. Already the 360 can be bought in value bundles, so it's only a matter of time.[/quote']yea but they're still losing money on every console sold. Skull Commander
yea but they're still losing money on every console sold.A fair point, but every console this generation has been sold at a loss with the exception of the gamecube. Companies rarely make any money from consoles, but instead get it back through software (Xbox 360 50 quid games for example).

The Kernel Loaf
I had almost written nintendo off' date=' but the DS is the best thing to happen to video games for years[/quote']I couldn't agree more. Loads of folk have a DS and play it on a regular basis. I can't recall a time where I have seen someone playing a PSP in about two months. The DS is a fantastic handheld, and games like the new Mario Bros. game are going to be worth buying it for. Also, you can import games from anywhere because there is no region protection on them, meaning you can import a lot of wierd japanese puzzlers and hentai sims
