Scootray
Just started watching Justified on Netflix. Always liked the look of it when it was advertised on Five US. I'm two episodes in so far and enjoying it already.

ca_gere
Started Game of Thrones the other day. Totally forgot about the fact we had planned to start it after the Shield. Only 2 episodes in. Does it get better? I'm assuming it does. It's a little slow for me at the moment. That is, until the very last scene. I hope that's not how it always is. None of the characters I'm really digging yet. The wee prince is a fud but I can see him being pretty entertaining. It seems a little heavy on the nerd-porn - Big swords, cherubic women touching each other, made-up names.
Jaaakkkeee
New community is far better than the last 2 episodes. Proper belly laugh moments. troy in the wheel chair and blanket, slapping starburns ended me

ca_gere
Couldn't handle any more Game of Thrones so yukked it in and started Twin Peaks (GF hasn't seen it). It seems to get better every time I watch it. I can't believe i'm still not sick of that Angelo Badalamenti 4 note tune that runs through the whole thing. Will probably go back to Game of Thrones but it just wasn't gripping me as a worthwhile 'main show'.
The Milner
I watched a bit of that "community" it made me really sad to see Chevy Chase reduced to that level, and for him, thats saying something. One of those horrible, detestable American TV shows. Edited January 13, 2014 by The Milner

ca_gere
3 episodes. I have a 5 episode rule before deciding if a series is shit/worth continuing or not so I haven't reached that point yet. I'm sure I'll get hooked... if the amount of people jizzing over the prospect of season 4 is anything to go by.
Paranoid Android
I think it was about 5 episodes for me to get properly hooked by it. Having said that when I went back and watched it again thought it was brilliant from the start.
Paranoid Android
I've watched the first two episodes of the new season of 'Girls'. The season two recap at the start of episode one made me a bit apprehensive as it reminded me of a lot of things I didn't like about last season. However I thought these two were decent. I'm rewatching series two at the moment with my girlfriend who hadn't seen it previously. Have the new episodes waiting to watch and only the season finale of S2 to get in before then. Hopefully get to it this week and then we can talk about it, man to man.
The Milner
Well it is. Its bottom feeding TV as far as im concerned. I hate most of those american sit coms, "how i met your mother" and shite like that. Community really did come near the bottom of that pile of rubbish for me. Absolutely terrible. Adam Easy Wishes
Community is nothing like How I Met Your Mother (which I agree is complete balls).
The Milner
IMO they all come under the same bracket. I really despise that kind of TV show.
Teabags
Enjoying Lilyhammer. Though sometimes the mixture of Norwegian and English in the same conversation is a bit perplexing, I like it. Pretty funny. Annoyingly though sometimes the subtitles barely flash on screen or don't show up at all.

So The Office and My Family/Miranda/Mrs Brown's Boys etc etc are the same, too? Edited January 14, 2014 by Adam Easy Wishes
The Milner
The Office is decent enough in certain episodes. My Family is the only other one i have seen out of them lot, being british it doesnt annoy me quite as much, but i still would never sit down and watch a whole episode off my own back. I just generally hate american sit com tv shows, i like stuff like Fraiser or Friends but i just find most of them awful mind numbing TV. Lyin Ryan
So The Office and My Family/Miranda/Mrs Brown's Boys etc etc are the same, too?I think The Office(uk gervais version) is a larf, but the other three are...... well, the best writers only work in advertising for the lols dollars Mrs Browns being the lamest of them,
The Milner
Is Mrs Brown that thing with the old Irish woman? If so i've seen one episode. It made me want to never watch TV again.
