This is the same Danelectro bad/goodness (hollow bodied, hardboard back and top on plywood frame, lipstick pickups) but with a difference - it's a triple pickup arrangement and it's proper long scale (34") with a fully intonatable bridge. The controls give you complete flexibility to choose all 7 combinations of 3 pickups, I have to say that each pickup on its own is a little weedy, but all the double combinations and the full on mode sound much better. There is a single volume and tone.Not only is it really unusual, it's also really light, so if you're having some back problems this bass would certainly trouble you a lot less than most. Of course neck dive is a bit of an issue with such a light body but a grippy strap will help mitigate a lot of it.This is useless without pics:It's in good overall nick, some scuffs in the back as is often the case. Also the concentric knob has been restored to the Danelectro licorice allsort knob - black top, cream bottom. Recently restrung with Hartke 45-105 strings.
