neepheid
Does anyone have experience of shipping guitars when you dont have the security of a hard case, where might I source a box...Any help or advise would help.ThanksG...I've got heaps of boxes, more bass sized than guitar but might be useful. Basically when packing a guitar you have to have soft material around it all (bubble wrap, foam, polystyrene bits) and you have to pack the box tight without the risk of bursting the box. You're looking for zero movement within the box. Then use a decent carrier. I have had no bother with Interparcel. Their "own" services are supplied by UPS. No accidents, no damage, no losses in at least 10 transactions.I've probably jinxed it now!Hope that helps.

fatboy
i'd buy a massive roll of bubbles, wrap it up with layers of it. then tightly shrink wrap it, the package will resemble a pillow when done.
