ThE bAsS MeKaNiK Posted January 19, 2005 Report Share Posted January 19, 2005 i'd just like to say that i've been playing halflife with a ping of 15 over the superjanet network.lucky sod. the best i get is bout 25-30 (1M line)to improve your latency (lower it) get a faster connection. there are loads of commands in HL2 that are useful to improve your overall connection' date=' etc. hunt about on valves forums (hint: use the quicksearch) . lots of posts on how to improve fps, lag, etc......steam(ing pile of....) hope that helps.
